Well-designed Roll Crusher - GZS roller screen – Chengxin Detail:

Roller screen is an essential equipment in coal handling system of thermal power plant. It can improve the working efficiency of coal crusher and reduce the energy consumption and metal wear of coal crusher. Roller screen has wide adaptability to coal, especially for coal with high moisture content, which is not easy to block. It has the characteristics of simple structure, stable operation, no vibration, low noise, less dust and large output.

Roller screen is mainly composed of frame, sieve plate, cycloidal pin wheel reducer, motor, screen shaft, bearing seat, baffle plate, etc.

Roller screen uses single motor and single shaft rotation to push the material forward along the screen surface and loosen the material at the same time. Under the action of self weight and rotating force of screen shaft, the particles smaller than the clearance between screen holes fall through the gap between screen shafts, and the particles larger than the gap between screen holes stay on the screen surface and continue to move forward, and fall into the coal crusher to achieve the purpose of screening.

Because the screen shaft of roller screen is arranged according to different working angles, the speed is faster when the material is in the position with higher working angle, and the speed is slower when the material is running at the position with lower working angle. The materials running at two different speeds start to move axially when they meet at a certain position on the screen surface, so that the materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface and the screening efficiency is improved.
