Roller crusher structure

The main structure of gear transmission device of roller crusher is composed of fixed roller, movable roller, transmission shaft, body, underframe, cover and long gear cover. The driving force of roller crusher is transmitted from the triangle belt pulley on the motor, and then the fixed roll is rotated through a pair of intermediate deceleration gears, and the movable roll is driven by a pair of long gears at the other end of the fixed roll The two rollers move in relative motion and extrude the material.

 

Working principle of roller crusher

Wedge or gasket adjusting device is installed between the two rollers, and the top of wedge device is equipped with adjusting bolt. When the adjusting bolt pulls up the wedge block, the wedge will push the movable roller away from the fixed wheel, that is to say, the gap between the two rollers will become larger, and the discharge particle size will be smaller when the wedge is downward. The gasket device adjusts the size of the discharge granularity by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket. When the gasket is added, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and when the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller and the discharge particle size becomes smaller.
