Working principle and structural features:

ZSG series linear vibrating screen uses vibration motor or ordinary motor to drive vibration exciter to make screen body vibrate periodically along exciting force direction, and animal material moves parabola along straight line on screen surface, so as to achieve screening purpose.

ZSG series linear vibrating screen is composed of vibration source, screen body, screen screen, damping device and bottom bracket. The side plate of the screen machine is made of high-quality steel plate, and the side plate is connected with the beam and the base of vibration exciter by high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. The structure is reasonable, firm and durable.
