According to the needs of mechanical structure and process parameters, the vibrator is arranged above the center of gravity of the screen box, which makes the motion track of the screen machine elliptical at the feeding end, round in the middle, and ellipse at the discharge end, that is, the motion of ellipse circle ellipse.
Because of this special movement characteristic, the angle between the ellipse long axis at the feeding end and the screen is sharp, and the angle between the elliptical long axis at the discharge end and the screen surface is obtuse angle. In this way, the movement speed of the material at the feed end is greater than that at the discharge end, which ensures that the material can be loosened quickly at the feed end of the screen. Therefore, the material layer is thin, so that the fine material can contact the screen layer by layer as soon as possible, and the water drying film will break and dehydrate; while the material speed at the discharge end can prolong the dehydration time of the material on the screen surface, thus improving the dehydration effect. This characteristic of the screen machine strengthens the dewatering effect.
